The unit shall be a Watermark certified Washtech rack conveyor dishwasher capable of washing 200 racks per hour, with maximum water consumption of 300 litres per hour.
The unit shall be supplied with 500mm cup and dishracks and have a vertical wash chamber clearance of 400mm. The unit shall be fitted with a 0.75kW prewash pump, a
1.5kW wash pump and a separate dedicated double final rinse module, plus removable all stainless rinse arms and wash arms in cassettes all with removable end plugs for
easy cleaning. Access to the wash chamber shall be via a full width countersprung front door. The unit shall be fitted with dual drive bars, automatic fill and low level water
protection and a rinse economizer to ensure that water is consumed only while racks are in the rinse zone. The unit shall be shipped in 100% recyclable packaging. Height of
machine shown includes height with maximum 60mm adjustable leg option in use.

final rinse system. The rinse economiser switch ensures that
water is consumed only when racks are in the final rinse zone.
